How to Prepare a Clothing Exchange Enquiry with Useful Evidence
Prepare a clothing exchange enquiry with the order reference, QC product code, selected size, a clear description of the concern and relevant photographs. Read the current policy before washing or altering the garment. Useful evidence helps explain the request; it does not by itself establish eligibility or guarantee a particular outcome.
Keep the enquiry tied to the actual order. A fit preference, a wrong selected variant, an observed condition issue and a missing dimension are different matters to describe.
Check the current terms first
Qurat Clothing's shipping, exchange and return page is the source for current eligibility, conditions, exclusions and applicable arrangements. At the time this guide was prepared, it described a 15-day request period for eligible items after delivery, with unused, unworn and unwashed condition requirements. Recheck the live page rather than relying on an old screenshot or this summary.
Ask support about any uncertainty specific to your order, including costs and the available resolution. Do not assume every request is eligible or that a refund, exchange or collection arrangement has already been approved.
Build a simple evidence record
| Record | What to include |
|---|---|
| Order identity | Order reference and the relevant item code. |
| Selection | Ordered size or variant and the item received. |
| Concern | A specific factual description, including where it appears. |
| Condition | Whether the garment has been worn, washed or altered. |
| Photographs | A whole-item view plus close-ups that explain the concern. |
| Measurements | The dimension, tape points and units if fit or size is involved. |
Photograph the issue in context
A close-up may show a mark or seam, but the wider garment view helps establish its location. Include the relevant product or size label when useful. For a measurement question, show tape endpoints and the method used rather than just sending a number.
Our delivery inspection guide covers arrival checks. Keep other items in a multi-item order separate so evidence is not accidentally assigned to the wrong product.
A clear enquiry message
“My order is [reference], item QC [code], selected size [label]. The concern is [specific observation]. The garment is [actual condition]. I have attached a whole-item photo and [relevant close-up or measurement]. Please explain the next steps and which current conditions apply.”
Use the true condition of the item and provide only the information needed through the retailer's official support channel. Do not post your address, payment details or complete order records in public comments.
Keep the garment available for review
Before cleaning a mark, cutting a thread or arranging an alteration, ask how the concern should be assessed. A repair attempt can change the condition you are trying to document. Follow the retailer's confirmed instructions for the actual request and keep its reference or correspondence with the item record.
If the purpose is to choose a different size, compare the proposed replacement against the measurement method before selecting it. A different label alone may not resolve the original fit concern. Browse current boys' clothing or the relevant department only after clarifying what you need to compare and what is currently available.
