We sell carefully selected branded export-surplus and stock-lot clothing for babies, children, men and women at factory-direct prices.

What are the delivery charges in Pakistan?

Standard nationwide delivery is Rs. 250 per order unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. Some orders may require an advance amount before dispatch.

How does the advance-payment discount work?

The advance-payment discount is calculated on the eligible product subtotal only. Delivery charges are not discounted.

Can I exchange or return a product?

Eligible unused products can be requested for exchange or return within 15 days of delivery. Conditions and exclusions are explained on our Shipping & Returns page.

Which products cannot be returned?

Sale and clearance products, undergarments, swimwear, intimate items, used or washed products and products damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How do I select the correct size?

Please use the measurements provided on the product page rather than relying only on age or standard size labels. Export-surplus sizing can vary between brands.

Why is a size or colour available in limited quantity?

Export-surplus and stock-lot products are limited. Many designs, colours and sizes cannot be restocked once sold.

Do you have a physical display centre?

No. Our Karachi office is an exchange and return centre only. Products are sold online and are not available there for browsing.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, selected international orders can be arranged. Contact our team for destination-specific charges, payment requirements and wholesale assistance.
