These terms apply when you access the Qurat Clothing website, create an account or place an order with QC – Qurat Clothing (SMC-Private) Limited.

Products and Availability

Our catalogue primarily contains branded export-surplus and stock-lot products. Quantities, colours and sizes are limited and may sell out without notice. An order is subject to stock verification and acceptance.

Product Information

We aim to display photographs, colours, measurements and descriptions accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. Customers should review the listed measurements and product details before ordering.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or fees are shown separately. Cash on Delivery and available advance-payment methods are presented at checkout.

The advance-payment discount applies to the eligible product amount only and does not reduce delivery charges. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact the customer to verify order details, request an advance amount where required, correct an obvious pricing error or cancel an order when stock is unavailable or the order cannot be verified.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions, remote-area service or incorrect customer information. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number.

Exchange, Return and Refund

Eligible unused products may be requested for exchange or return within 15 days of delivery. Sale or clearance products, undergarments, swimwear, intimates and products damaged after delivery are not returnable. Please review the Shipping & Returns page for complete conditions.

Acceptable Use

Customers must not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access or use website content unlawfully.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qurat Clothing is not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
