Nationwide Delivery

Standard delivery across Pakistan is charged at a flat rate of Rs. 250 per order, unless a different amount is clearly shown at checkout for a special service or destination.

Orders are dispatched after confirmation and stock verification. Delivery times vary by city, remote area, public holidays, weather and courier operations. Please provide a complete address and an active phone number so the courier can contact you.

International Orders

International delivery is available for selected destinations. Charges and payment requirements depend on destination, parcel weight and courier service. Please contact our team before placing a large or wholesale international order.

15-Day Exchange & Return

An exchange or return request for an eligible product must be made within 15 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed. Our team will review its condition when the request is received.

Non-Returnable Products

• Sale and clearance products
• Undergarments, swimwear and intimate items
• Products used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Requests submitted after the 15-day period

Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive an incorrect product or find a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs or video. The item should not be worn, washed or altered before the issue is reviewed.

Return Delivery Charges

Where the correct product was delivered and the customer requests an exchange or return for preference or sizing, courier charges may apply. If Qurat Clothing confirms that an incorrect or defective product was supplied, the resolution and applicable delivery charges will be explained by our support team.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and banking or payment-provider processing.
